Orders will ship within 24-48 business hours of when the completed order is received, unless you receive an email or phone call notice that an item in your order is delayed. Any expected delivery times that may be given are just estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification and time of order being placed and Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through switch.pk are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
A complete and correct delivery address is required. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we can not change the shipping address. If a package is returned to switch.pk due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You should include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to switch.pk as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to switch.pk, please contact switch.pk to make arrangements for reshipment.
Switch.pk offer shipping via a variety of carriers. These may include, dependent on your locale, TCS Courier (Tranzum Courier Services), LCS Courier (Leopard Courier Services) and the Pakistan Postal Service. Please note that orders shipped by our expedited shipping options 2nd Day and Next Day are only delivered Monday through Saturday.
If your order is being shipped from switch.pk to a shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping. That dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the products you order. (Expected delivery dates are just estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification and time of order being placed. products that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Orders with expedited shipping options will be shipped as quickly as possible with the best shipping method, however normal processing times will still apply.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel an order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. and If the order you want to cancel has already entered fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you.
